Day 18 - The Power of Letting Go — and the Battle for Justice

This is a live transmission from The New Mind Dojo — raw, unfiltered thought sparring. No edits. No conclusions. Just real-time thinking.

When we've been wronged — truly wronged — it's hard to let go. The feeling that justice must be served, that retribution is needed to balance the scales, can cling to us like a shadow.

But what if the pursuit of justice is also a weight — one that anchors us in place, preventing us from moving forward?

Today, I discovered that my struggle to let go isn’t just about old frustrations or unfinished conflicts. It’s about the feeling that unless those moments are ‘corrected,’ I can’t fully move forward.

I saw myself writing those moments down on a paper plane — and then throwing it away. It didn’t come back.

The lesson? Letting go isn’t about denying what happened — it’s about refusing to let the injustice take up permanent residence in my mind.

I don’t have to chase retribution. I can simply let it go.
